So yeah I just got banned again and it seems like I won't be returning. I wouldn't of made another account if the pardon requests weren't so inactive, but they are. So here we go.

I am @illusion . I was banned for scamming about 5 months ago. I scammed 2 members: @cakeington and @crucifying . My reason was because I hated the community and I'd just been scammed a ton of shit so i wanted out.
3 days ago, I PMed Philly on HF about getting unbanned. We talked and I ended up giving @cakeington my instagram @explosion as compensation and I let @philly hold the $25 until @crucifying came online. After this,
I was unbanned.
Once I was unbanned I paid $90 for all upgrades to power+. I was pretty happy to be back onsite as I wanted to sell my SM's and just be involved in the community.
Prior to my scam out, @rude and I never got along. He hated me and I hated him, but we left eachother alone. Then he got promoted to moderator and the harassment started. He would edit my posts/sales threads and put things like "i am a scammer" or "im a fucking idiot". He also changed my usertitle to say "im a scammer do not deal". He also then negative repped me for -50 with the comment "User is a scammer do not deal". This was extremely frustrating as you can tell, because I couldn't do shit about it as he is staff. I tried reporting these things to Philly but received no response, which is fair because he has a lot more important things to deal with than mods messing with users.
With all these things happening and my history with @rude, I decided to post 2 photos my friend had sent me. They were just old photos of @"rude", nothing special. I also put his full name (Connor M*****) on the thread. He then permanently banned me for posting personal information of a user. Here's my reasons for why this was unfair:
1. My friend found these photos PUBLICLY POSTED ONLINE. This means he did not post private photos of Connor, he simply found them.
2. I only knew his full name because @trilogy and @kyle have posted it before! Meaning all the info I had posted was already here on ForumKorner.
3. I believe I was banned mainly because of Connor's bias hate towards me. If I were a random user, I doubt I would've received a permanent ban for this.
I'm not asking to be unbanned, All I ask if my ban to be reduced to 1 or 2 months. I think that is a fair request. I'm sorry @rude for posting the photos/info.
