Once again I'm liking your work but I would reccommend borders they always bring the image out and make it show up more.
Also whats the font you used for Doctor's signature? I really like it!
I'm sure you've been asked this already, but who made the one you have on right now? I actually love the simplicity of it. The green and grey go together perfectly.
