On the homepage,under the "Monthly Top Posters",I could not help but notice my post count has dropped from 270>230+
Are my posts not High Quality enough?

No, it just means you posted 230 times in the last 30 days. You may have posted 40 times right before that but a total of 230 in 30 days.
Note: This is assuming RAF doesn't base it on a calendar month but bases it on a basic 30 days.
