my op on introduction threads

imo, these are the most sketchiest things i've seen - tbf, new users wouldn't usually take time to introduce themselves through a thread [yes. you know i'm right, however some genuinely do but that is a small chance]

correct me if I'm wrong, you can notice a person that is actually new to a forum and someone who is actually not.

idk this is my opinion, comment yours?

Its normal to make an introduction thread to get to know some people and then get help from them if you need to. I made one when I first joined the forums.

If you trying to look for multis then their first post will be in these following sections:
Contests and Giveaways
Marketplace
-Social Mediums.

Shitloads of them show up most of the time there.

I think introduction threads are good, they give us a background of a user with hobbies, interests etc. and they help us determine whether they'll become a good user or not. A lot of people have made introduction threads and are genuine people, they're not sketchy at all. The only thing making them sketchy is a sketchy poster.

100% - I mean some people have good intentions but some people just wanna multi and act new w/ introduction threads [you can usually tell when someones not new to the site]
