My new runescape goals[need tips]

Well, with botting officially coming to a halt, and I am playing legit much a lot I have set some goals for myself and am looking for some tips.

[] obtain a santa hat- getting close have about 150m right now
[]obtain my 5th 99-not sure what is will be, focused on money making for santa
[]become a player moderator-always wanted to be one but wasn't really intelligent or mature enough before, but I am now so why not?
[]obtain a party hat-this is a rather long distance goal not happen anytime soon unless someone quits and is feeling generous lol

I am currently only doing white hat, however; have been interested in "relieving," others of their pixes, as I have unknowingly "donated" to some people before.
I have 99 agility,woodcutting,fishing, and cooking.

Power mine use RiD it'll drop the ores but iron give a decent amount of XP
RiD is the only terrible working bot.

I have considered it, but it seems like it would be such a pain in the ass, considering half the time you can't even use abyss cause of noob pker's who can't really pk so they feel the need to barrage rc'ers

just use black dragon hide and a terrorbird or a ghraak they are both great for it
