I wouldn't say so. Pascal chips are coming in 2016/2017. NVMe drives will become what current generation SSDs are to HDDs. Not to mention the steady progression of CPUs.
In terms of raw performance, this build will be frighteningly inferior to what will be the new standard in a few years. Future proofing is pretty pointless with the speed at which computer hardware improves.
