Try participating in school activities. Talk to people more than you usually do. Become social. I know it's easier said done but it helps. Also if you're religious and you believe in God, pray to give the strength and courage to deal with whatever you're going through. God gives his toughest battles to his strongest soldiers.

I have no clue what grade your in, but tbh, you won't remember half the people you went to high school with, and trust me College will be a much better time because everyone's strangers so there's always new people to meet and hangout with, as in high school, you've been going to school with these people for at least 10 years and know who they are. And if you get the chance to socialize, do it. Who knows where your words might take you. Regardless, always keep your head up because things will always get better!
