My Iphone, FUCK!

I bought an Iphone 3 weeks ago, and i havent had time to by a cover or anything, i've dropped it many times and it didnt broke... well until last night.

We had just gone to the casino and I was getting dropped home by a mate, when i was getting out of the car i forgot i had my phone on my lap so it dropped when i got up, it hit the ground but not only that, it fucking went down the drain, i finally got it out and its pretty much fucked.

What can i say to apply to make them replace it for free?

If you used a mastercard to pay for it they can replace it for free, or send you a check with the full amount of the cost on it. I broke my 32" vizio hdtv not even a week after i bought it, we sent it into a shop to have it reviewed, then sent the professional review to the mastercard place (whatever, through fax) and they gave us a 100% complete refund ($350 is what we got it for)

Well sad to hear that :S I bought my iPhone case right after I bought the phone, I so stupid and the phone keep falling from by hands, clothes... :/
I think that if you say what suggested they can *think* about replacing it...

Ill say that the speaker is fucked, and they should replace it under hardware issue warrantee.

That sucks man, mine is so fucked that whenever I turn the charger off it goes dead within 1 second.

i did the same thing to mine, i dunno if u can do this but im from the uk, and i added my phone to my mums bank insurance claiming it was still in working order, waited 3 months then claimed for my phone back, a long process but anythings better than paying! i love my iphones.

Good Luck Getting a new one however :) I still havent damaged mine in anyway and ive had it a year :l I bet it will brake now that i said that..

this one time at bandcamp, i let my friend call me on my cell and then i put it into my anus... and it was so funny
edit: it was an iPhone.. i mailed it to the applestore basterds.. told them that i was drunk and accidentally sat on it and it went up the hole.. they fully repaid..

I have friends and my sister got hers back like this.

she said to say the speaker doesn't work aswell..


and also, i never said it had water damage, it still works its just got massive cracks on it.
