Advanced Mathematics: A

What math is advanced mathematics? What does it cover?

it's basically real-world applications and problems involving math. like probability, how to estimate a large crowd, etc.

So Statistics? We covered that in the Trigonometry class.

Trig is pretty interesting, but my school only does it for 1 term. I guess that's all you need for life.

lol. Don't worry, if you go into anything math related such as engineering then you will see lots more of most maths. Example of classes that are all math based: statics, dynamics, circuit analysis, physics (University for calculus based), and many more. :)

Math just makes so much sense. Everything connects so nicely.

Used to love math.

>Got into highschool
>Realized it was hard as hell
>Now hates math

Lol I'm asian so it's like an easy A/A+ so I kind-of like it. Number theory is actually interesting, though, how there are infinite primes but not necessarily an infinite number of a certain type of primes. That's just pretty cool.

Statics is also pretty fun. Everything adds up to 0.

Actually a lot of things add up to 0. Just the way math works and why it works so nicely. :)

Physics + Statics + Circuit Analysis = 0

I haven't taken dynamics, and I don't plan on it since that is for mechanical engineers. but I have a feeling things add up to 0 there too.

Here are my grades, a little bit ironic I think.

English: 89%
Algebra II: 95%
History (universal): 90%
Science: 77%
History (of Colombia): 92%
Spanish: 73% - yeah, higher grade on English than spanish, and spanish is my first language :l
Religion: 73% - one of the classes were people usually get 100% and we do nothing, yet, I have this low grade
"Technology": 94% one of the classes were people usually get 100% and we do nothing
Philoshopy: 83% one of the classes were people usually get 100% and we do nothing, but I've this for some reason.

And I'm failing art, for some reason it doesn't says what grade I have, but it is somewhere 66%
