When you are restarting your computer try to put it in safe mode. I think you spam f6 or f8 when it's starting up

Like what kind of different sounds? A couple days ago I ran a diagnostics thing at the startup and there said something was missing.. I can try running it again and saying what it is and maybe help fix it but I don't know.

Thanks for even posting on here though I really want this fixed!

I tried this, didn't do anything but make beeping noises.

That's a dell diagnostic.

How many times does it beep?

He told me to spam the f8 and f12 key so it made a lot of beeping noises but never went in to safe mode.

Also do you think I should run the dell diagnostic? @foxy

Press the f12 key, and the computer will beep a few times.

Let it go until it stops beeping. Count how many times. Its a preboot hardware test.

I turned off my computer then turned it back on as it was loading I pressed F12, it beeped once amd brought me to the "Boot Device Menu".

Try reseating your RAM.
Generally one short beep is a DRAM refresh failure.
