my account is messed up :(

My account which is "A’’’’ ’’’’ " (without "") is really messed up i can sign in but i can't do anything, when i click and part of the forum that has to refresh my web browser it signs me out and i have to re sign in every single time.. this is letting me not being able to do anything to fix it.. I have tried using different browsers such as Safari,firefox,internet explorer and nothing will work..

Please can anyone help, i have sent a message with the contact us thing and a message to philly yesterday and i am not getting a response.

I just read your post.. i know i didn't get my account stolen though its just messed up and i recently upgraded to onyx on that account so im pretty pissed

Don't worry, Philly or Christy will most likely resolve this issue.
 
This has happened to others as well. Philly will hopefully get back to you soon. Be sure to have proof. Good luck.
 
This happened to me aswell my account is Fuhy but I can't login and my info is not wrong. :/

It's because of your username it happened to a lot of users before just contact Philly or Christy I am sure they could help!

Oh they aren't online I don't think they are but I hope this gets resolved.
