MW3 Snipers Confirmed

Oh, I forgot to say. They are also thinking about adding in sniper lobbies as a playlist.

In other games it's fun, but people are just totally stupid with snipers running around as if it's a assault rifle. Snipers are made as support, to help the part of your team that does the attack. You kill people that are near/aiming at your team.

The only game I'd really class a sniper as a attack weapon in would be borderlands, due to the fact it's not a one shot kill and it's REALLY easy to shoot from the hip. Also, all 4 classes in borderlands are pretty much attack classes.

I completely agree.

When I snipe in MW2 I hardscope, lay down, and camp like a sniper is supposed to.

None of that assault-rifle-sniper shit for me.

Also, I never use any other gun in Borderlands.

Well, I hope you get some proper sniper kills!

I'll be getting both Modern Warfare 3 and Battlefield 3, obviously sniping will be better in Battlefield 3 for the main reason of it's got larger maps.

I'll record + post some videos when it first comes out.

Also, does anyone know: If you pre-order Battlefield 3 do you get into the closed beta (I heard it was closed for awhile then open?)?

Note: BETA, not ALPHA.

Not quite sure about whether you get into the beta or not, but sniping in battlefield is awesome because of the giant-as-fuck maps.

Meh. I'm wondering if BF3 is gonna put much more guns into the game.
