Seems like you're charging. If you start doing these though delete the customers profile off of the xbox so there's less of a chance of them getting banned.

But if you look at the top, i said i am not putting up the prices until we get approved and a video proof.

This is just a guess in regard to MW3, but in an online modded lobby, if everyone doesn't have the recording option turned off, all IW has to do is look at the footage and see who's all connected to that lobby and ban everyone ... same for boosting, if you're going to boost, be sure that your in-game recording option is off and same with everyone you're boosting with, and of course keep your lobby full so that nobody can join.

IW looks at the recordings on a regular basis for their Individual and Clan OPs, this is the same when people are reported, or when they see suspicious stats, etc.

Now, of course I'm not saying that they watch ALL of the footage ... just saying, if you want to reduce your chances of a BAN, know your lobby and remind everyone to turn off the recordings...
