they said that the people who owned the tag are the ones who modded / hacked it.
the jtag that he used didnt show up on my gamer tag at all, i even explained that the tag was signed in when i was complaining about unauthorized use, and while i was on the phone with them the rep saw the damned information change (name, address, phone number etc) and they still refused to lift my ban i am fucking irate!

I got this done for free over at XboxMB but then I got banned until 9/10/12.

i recieved mine as a vouch copy, played on it for a few hours and recieved a ban tin 12-31-9999 it is not cool lol
if he woulda warned that the risk of ban is medium to high i wouldnt have done it, with the way it looks the ban rate is not low, and he jumps from site to site doing this lol
if he answers my aim messages maybe we can figure out how to fix the ban issue lol and maybe make a better way to do the modding.

If there was ever an issue, it'd be from MW3.

My friend mizuno got a XBL ban for 2 weeks as well as a MW3 Perm ban.
Also, do you do modded classes? Like MP7 Specialist?
