i still vouche shit my account has been on and off line for 18 of the last 24 hours im sorry to hear about your luck, but hey it was a risk that you knew about before you took the chance, and the ban is from mw3, make a new account and start over feel very very very damn lucky that xbox isnt the one banning you cause then youd have to go and buy a new xbox and yeah i gurantee you were running around telling all your friends that you had a new modded account and look how cool you were for having it....
Unfortunately Xbox implemented a new check in which if a KV (keyvault) is banned, all of the recovered accounts are aswell. I apologize to those banned, and I am working on a fix now! As the disclosure says, there was a risk of a ban and I apologize to those banned. A fix will be done tonight, whereas I no longer need to recover your account to edit the stats, making this virtually undetectable.
