It could be a potential problem, leading to a ban. They would see it as sharing accounts

Makes no difference. I've been account sharing with a friend from Arkansas for over a year now. I'm in B.C. (Canada). That's a different Country, timezone, and ISP.

Doesn't make a difference really I bot on my vps and pk on my real ip I haven't gotten a ban

It can be a range of anything. If you have the choice to log into a different IP, don't. You can most likely never be a pmod if you do because they will take a look at all your IPs you have logged in from, and all your accounts, which could possibly lead to a ban if you bot. I have never got banned and I have logged in to my main from many different IPs like when I was over at friends houses, or at my grandparents house which is 10 hours from my house, 2 states over.

I used to share an account with someone from USA, and Im Australia, they never picked up on it.
