I think this should be rephrased a little. MS doesn't lurk here just looking to ban tags that are being sold. That would be a waste of their time,
although if you were to contact their support and report a specific tag, they might ban the tag if sufficient proof that the tag is being sold is given.
Either way, selling your tag here or anywhere does have risks if some douche bag decides to report you for selling the tag.

There's been a thread posted by Holographic explaining the entire ban wave and how it works. I suggest looking at it. It makes a lot of sense. MS is in fact not lurking.

They can't see the gamertags section, they don't have an account... That is what I am trying to say. I have nothing to explain to you or anyone else. They are not here, plain and simple believe it or not I honestly could careless. i am just wanting people to stop worrying about FK for no reason, as well as making pointless threads on a rumor.

I'll agree with what Philly posts.
Quad make that post about the gamertag ban spree, and it makes sense. I think that a lot of the gamertags that did get banned were passed around quite a bit.

It all seems to come down to how many owners each gamertag has had.

UNO was created as a reset GT a couple of weeks ago. It was only sold one time and then a couple of minutes after being posted on FK it gets banned.
