Move Social Mediums Forum?

For one of the big ones, it doesn't look like it should be a child forum inside the Off Topic Market section. How about moving it right under Premium Market?

Or move it to the Private section? that place needs spicing up a little, seeing as its dead for the majority of the time.

Comes back to my input to the private section:

The Private section is only available to those that are upgraded. However, they could make it so the marketplace is partially locked to guests? I have no clue, just some thoughts.
