Most powerful country as in weapons and arms !

To me its Russia!
Russia is not even top 5 economics in the world ! Along being the largest country in the world, their nuclear arsenal and delivery system is the heart of their really great military power !
The country is poor and cold but still its powerful !

The USA leads as the most poweful country in the world followed by China, Russia, Japan France and 5 more countries. I really don't know how they surpass one another in terms of armory but I shouldn't be impressed. Those weapons are for destruction, whatever their cause are for.

for me i think ,its india because it have a large population of people .The main point here is that , india is one of the leading country from the aspect of nuclear technology and they have great arms as well.It might be one of the powerful country in the world.
