Yup. They tele you near the alter, and you use a duel ring to teleport back tocastle wars to bank, then repeat

Same as abyss. I run Gigantic Pouch, Large and Medium. 49 ess per run, but since the update of 'chance of extra runes per ess' came out, im rocking 65-73 nats per run.
