My 1978 Rolex Oysterdate Precision and 35g solid 18k gold bracelet
The bracelet is roughly 100 years old and is a family jewel passed onto me by my grandfather.
Just the melt value is already $1000.
I bought the Rolex around my 19th birthday after selling my investment funds for roughly $15000.
Paid roughly $2000 for the watch, used but in good condition with original parts and fully authenticated.

I own quite the collection of expensive items, if we are talking about individual items instead of item collections than I would say that my cars are up there in value, also my apartment is pretty high up there in value as well.
My clothing collection would probably come to a grand total of over one hundred thousand dollars throughout the years of buying designer and quality made goods/clothing.
My shirts alone when originally purchased were only about four hundred dollars each, however over the years the shirts have become rare and now my shirts are doubled in value some ranging from a thousand to a few thousand for shirts alone.
My pants cost quite a bit to as a believe owning good pairs of pants is a must, I wear DSquared, Robin, True Religion, Ginvenchy, Balmain, also getting into Kenzo Paris right now. My favorite pair of pants would definitely be from Balmain, they are superb quality.
My belt collection is also top notch I've spent thousands upon thousands on my belt collection over the years. Brands such as Ferragamo, Louis Vuitton, Gucci, Burberry, Hermes, Versace, Armani, and many more, always expanding the collection.
I'm not much of a shoe person, I own only a few pairs of shoes, however my shoes are top quality, I wear Gucci, Ferragamo, or Louboutins.
My money basically goes on my clothing, as I live in an area of high income and high end stores that is just the basis of living here.

I paid $27K for my lexus. was a fucking steal nontheless.
EDIT: Also bought a house as an asset, but I obviously didn't pay it all in cash. About a 30k downpayment. thankfully some family friends needed a place so bills for it are covered and I'm getting some income each month.
