Most Effective IG Promotion: Caption or Profile?

If someone was giving a shoutout for another account, would the account being promoted benefit more from a mention in the bio or a screenshot of the account? @sos

Imo I rather mention. If you screenshot their account I find that most followers are going to get pissed if you keep shouting them out.
If you have a good picture that relates to the account then you have a better chance of people following that account.
Most big accounts are doing the video/account shoutout but it's making their followers mad.

Shoutouts are simply a waste of money, the screenshots have never worked well enough for me.
