What's the most pot you have seen once?

I've personally seen 3 pounds at once.

Edit: do you mean like trimmed and cured? or can it be still on the plants? because if still on plants ive seen like a 15 pound growing operation. 5 pounds is the most ive seen trimmed and cured.

My friends uncle grew it and he had 25+ pounds in his big ass closet. :) I only got an ounce that day though :(

I'm going to be honest. The most I've owned is 3lbs. The most I've seen I don't know because I didn't ask.
 
I've seen 4 pounds in person, the most I've owned at once was a quarter pound.

Sad I haven't seen more than that :(
