is it? oh damit... for sorc garden you need 65 thieving and a mini quest done.
 
Mining or find an item to gather, not much more you can do at level 3.
 
iron to ess (30) then 24/7 pure ess you need to be a member :)

That's because bots got shut down with the mine update but the bots are coming back so it's going to drop soon.

They totally revamped the mine making kminer and all major bots not work anymore....
