Modding for free gamerpics

I heard there is a way to get free gamer pictures from a USB to your XBOX. I don't know if this is real or not but if it is could someone teach me?

Just youtube it.
There's a lot of videos on it, I tried it once and it worked. I doubt you can get banned for it, but I didn't want to risk it so I stopped.

Horizon is the best just type any game, find a pic and make a picture pack and plug your usb in your xbox
