I haven't had anyone report a ban, however, someone did report a reset on their account. And I had to redo it for him.

I'd give him another day or so before charging back. Sounds like you're being ignored even though he claimed he had helped a user that got reset. Hope this is resolved for you dude

I am going to be charging back on 3/23/15 if I don't hear anything from him. The account got banned on AW on 3/10/15 which is when I contacted him about it aswell. That's 13 days which is plenty of time. Probably too much time but I'm a nice guy so I'll give him the benefit of the doubt.
