I doubt the auth system would be as complex as some of you are saying. I reckon it will be the equivalent to SteamGuard for Steam where you need to enter a number from your registered email when you login on a different computer.

If it was an authenticator like what blizzard uses with an app on your phone...then that would be great account security. However if it something else involved with your computer....than a RAT would have no problem.
