Well, I was thinking a lot on how the animals are killed just so mercilessly.. it's actually kind of sicking to think about in my opinion. And also after seeing the movie, "Food Inc." I really am considering becoming a vegetarian. And I am addicted to bacon and chicken, so to even consider vegetarian meals, it is really something. The only problem is, I'm still in puberty (and I've done my research) and switching to 100% plant foods (and milk and eggs) can be harmful. But what do you all think? Please no ranting or stupid posts.

I wouldn't do it. Either way animals will be killed for food so it really doesn't matter if you switch.

Vouch. Juts eat the meat and be happy.

I would never switch! I need my burgers!!!!

My dad was a vegetarian for like 5 years I am not though and probably never will be but it's your choice

If you think animals are killed by worse, ran over, disease, shot.

At least were eating them and not letting them suffer from disease.

The human body doesn't work well without meat. It's scientifically proven. You can buy meat grown ethically without all the torture, it just will cost more.

Its the way of life. Animals die so other animals can live. Its just a cycle and you have to deal with it.

But hey, if you love salad, then go for it!

Think logically, protein and fat in meats are extremely necessary for a good diet. Why choke down pills, and take supplements when you can just eat meat? With a no meat diet you are very much so harming your body: Possible hair loss, faster heartbeat, slower growth (Extremely negative since you're going through puberty) If you're not taking the right nutrients you're causing permanent damage for yourself. As someone who takes Whey protein, you better work out a lot if you're switching to protein supplements only. Protein goes straight to fat if not burned off.

Overall, at such a young age, there are too many health risks for you. Being a vegetarian doesn't stop any future development of factory farming. This will continue, and you shouldn't avoid meat just because of the animal's health, that's pathetic.

idk about meat animals are there to be eaten not live shit and look at each other all day! I would eat tiger if i could because i know that bitch would eat me if it had a chance the same goes with other predator animals and as for stuff like dear ect they are suppose to be eaten. Although i could probably become a vegetarian and eat pasta everyday <3 pasta there are hundreds of sauces and stuff you can have with it.

Nigguh only pussys are Vegetarians..

honestly if you eat it or not they will still be killed and if you dont eat the meat someone else will i was gonna do that for the same reason but then i thought about it and thats what i determined 200 cows die a day idk if this right lol? you dont eat 2 burgers 200 cows still die
