Microsoft .net framework help

my homeboy game me a kik cracker a while ago and I never knew how to make it run. everytime I ran it. I gave me the message. Microsoft .net framework. unhandled exception has occurred in your application. if you click continue, the application will ignore this error and attempt to continue.. etc
can someone plz tell me how to fix this? tysm

p.s. everytime I click continue. same message pops up, everytime I quit.. well it quits
