Brink. The paying for online is a Seperate company. It is ea sports. Also. They don't know we are watching the tags. They just get the tag. Which I feel is ok because they are usually high up in ms and not the support. And actually do work

Well although that is true, Microsoft should front them the $5 fee instead of making the consumer fork it out. Their xbox's are not durable by any means and why have they not added a 2 step verification option for account recovery? This would prevent people from jacking tags if they could just add phone verification onto the account. Google knows how to run and manage a company while Microsoft lacks the understanding of how to treat their consumers. I don't see how you could support staff that manipulate and deceive their consumers on a day to day basis. I'm not even going to get into detail about how they whined about losing 1.2 million dollars in promo codes, which they planned on just giving out anyways lol. If PS3 wasn't as much and actually had a bigger fanbase i would be over there, but the one thing i like about MS is that they do at least try to add newer technology to their system. They still lack security even though they claim their secure.

Gamertags are much harder to jack NOT impossible. Why would my parents put a CC on the account when some jacker could take my tag + my CC? Maybe they did charge less money than what it cost to make, but i would like to see some factual evidence as i think that's your opinion. They make mad money off of their live feature, so even if they took a loss upon unveiling a console it wouldn't hurt them one bit. No one's being immature, what their doing isn't in violation of any law considering their a private business, but like i said before the terms of service are THERE law NOT REAL laws. The only reason security was SLIGHTLY increased was due to steptow and Major Nelson getting hacked. It wasn't a problem when consumers were getting hacked, but it was once the big boys got hit. The only thing i'm stressing is that they make more money than you can fathom yet they won't do anything to relieve prices on their consumers nor will they release unused tags.

I just feel like employees shouldnt take a tag that someone actually uses. "They are allowed to take any gamertag as long as they have a reason" Mountain Dew (xbox employee) Also another thing they overpower is console bans. I have been getting ban by the same employee multiple times for nothing. it just goes to show that some employees use their tools just because they can get away with it. We all seen what happen to "The Pro". More Deserve to get fired in my opinion

I was just looking for any concrete info on another reset and tell people that any reset tags were being taken by MS employees cuz for some reason ppl thought they were still resetting.
