Merged accounts

How exactly do you merge FK accounts or what is the process. I'm confused about the merging of FK accounts

You just have to pay Philly if he acceptes it and he will take it from there.

Merging FK Accounts? This can only be done if you have an added account(s). I don't see why you would need a merge if you only have one account, unless you have a second.
