Merchants: The Private Marketplace.

Why you would be interested in becoming a member:
I'm interested in this because I think FK need's a new private marketplace. When you think about it, anyone can upgrade to see what's being sold in the private marketplace, so having a even more private one, only accessible to those in the group seems like a much better idea. This would also help "verify" that members are legit dealers, so per say, if someone was going to buy from a user in this group, they would have a bit more trust when buying. I am very interested in joining this group because I think it would be a great way to start my "dealing" career here on FK, as I plan to start selling GT's and SM's. I hope also by being a good merchant to become a trusted MM as well. I also think the userbar is sexy af, and well, I love money and having fat stacking in my userbar is for me. #AmbitionForMoney.

Goals and aspirations online/real life:
Some of my online goals, are to become a trusted MM, salesmen, and to get to know the community better. One of my biggest goals, however, is that I can hit 1k posts before the 1 year mark on my account. Some of my real life goals include, keeping up my grades so I can actually go to a college for finance, and then later pursing a life on Wall $treet. Believe it or not, I believe that by conducting deals on FK will help me in the long run.

What you like to do in your free time:
During my free time I enjoy hanging out with my friends, fucking bitches, playing and training for football, playing xbox, and most importantly getting money. I also invest in stocks believe it or not, and have made $1k profit so far (Which is pretty good for a 16 year if if you ask me.

Do you have any talents/skills:
I have great marketing skills, and know how to advertise. I have a good work ethic and know how to hustle for money.

How active are you on FK:
I've been starting to get very active on the forums. Almost hitting 300 posts. Although I joined in September and my post count may seem low, the reason for that is I simply didn't have a lot of time during Sept - Dec, because of football. But know that is over I'm on FK a lot more. I'm most active in the GT section, and appraisal section.

Accepted or not, I wish @Teen the best of luck in running this group and the new private market. I hope you please take the time to read my application. Thank you!​

But if you put a bunch of high quality members who like to buy/sell stuff in a group together you're most likely going to find high end stuff that they might not post anywhere else/find people who won't waste your time/find people who actually have money to spend. Spend money to make money.

IMO better than paying 10 dollars to get into gods which has little to no purpose whatsoever.

Define "High Quality Memebers" so you're saying that members roaming the regular marketplace aren't High Quality?

You still have to be accepted, and pay. So he will review the application and your whole profile and stuff I'm assuming and judge your application based of the quality of your account. Just my guess.
 
GL with 5 people in a marketplace especially with those prices. If they are accepted they should be for free and you know that.

99% sure I'll be refunding all the current members who bought in and will be accepting HQ Merchants into this group. I personally think it's a great idea with a failed buy in.

Why would you be interested in becoming a member:
As soon as I saw the recruitment thread for the 'Merchants' usergroup open up, I knew that this group would be unlike all others. After reading through the entire thread, the group really stuck out to me unlike any other group had before. The idea of having a privately-operated marketplace where the buyers, sellers, and traders were hand-picked by a trustworthy member seemed like a great idea, and for many reasons. Now that I think about it, any member of ForumKorner, whether they be new or old, can upgrade almost instantly to the so-called 'Private' marketplace, after paying a small fee of just $10. Upon going over it, while that may slightly reduce the chances of getting scammed by another member, there can very well still be members in the Private Marketplace whose only intent is to scam. But now, with the implementation of 'Merchants', the risk of getting scammed seems to have been significantly reduced. I am quite interested in joining this group because I feel that it will only help to ensure that all of my deals will be completed risk-free, and I would feel a lot more comfortable going through with a certain deal. Also, I would be able to sell off a lot more of what I already own, as I would be able to trust the members of this group not to disclose information to others and to conduct a deal smoothly. I feel as if this will be a new start for me in the whole 'Marketplace' scene on the forum, and I really hope that I am able to become a part of the group.​

Goals and aspirations online/real life:
I have already thought about a few possible career paths, but currently have my mind set on what colleges that I would like to apply to. I hope to be accepted into the college of my choice, and pursue a career of my choice from there. I have always considered getting a job on Wall Street, as I have enjoyed conducting deals, working with money, and having a financially-successful career since I was young, and am quite interested in the whole environment of both Wall Street and the stock market. As far as ForumKorner goes, one of my biggest goals is to hit 1,000 posts some time before the end of this year.​

What you like to do in your free time:
During my free time, I enjoy hanging out with friends, training for Track & Field, playing Grand Theft Auto/Call of Duty on the Xbox 360, and, believe it or not, going to school.​

Gaming, Debating, Track & Field, Exceptional English skills, etc.​

How active are you on FK:
Although it may not be displayed in my post count, I spend time on ForumKorner each and every day. I always enjoy reading different threads and seeing what other members are up to, and enjoy having conversations with various members both on and offsite. I prefer to keep a low post count so that I can prevent myself from spamming, and rather display more high-quality and relevant posts.​

All in all, I am very thankful that I've received the opportunity to join this group. I thank @Teen for taking the time to review my application, and I hope that it is taken into consideration.​

Goals and aspirations online/real life: Online: Meet new people and kind of get to know what living is like other places and stuff. Also Learning new things. IRL: Im joining the Air Force and i plan to do up to 15 years of service.

Why you would be interested in becoming a member: I am interested in becoming a member because I am looking to meet some new people on FK. As far as I can tell I don't really know anyone in Merchants so I would love to join. Also because I love to do deals with social medias such as KIK's and IG's. I am actually trying to grow a stat IG at the moment. I plan for the IG to have over 500k by the end of summer (When I can invest a good amount of $$ due to summer work.)
Goals and aspirations online/real life: Online Goals: 2k Posts, 800 REP, and to reach 500k Followers on IG! Real Life Goals: To just live a happy life and be successful in my own view.
What you like to do in your free time: I like to play sports and hangout with friends. Some of my favorite sports to play are Lacrosse, Hockey, and Soccer.
Do you have any talents/skills: I have great social media skills. I am able to grow a certain account on many social networks.
How active are you on FK: EXTREMELY ACTIVE!!
