Merchants: The Private Marketplace.

The aim of Merchants is unlike any other usergroup you've seen on ForumKorner before. Our group's forum will function as a private marketplace; which means you have to be a member of the group in order to see what is being sold or place something up for sale.

Let me stop you, most of you probably know that we have a private marketplace for members only, and you're probably wondering how this is any different or better than it? Well first of all, not only is that section dead because no one uses it, but anyone with a bit of money can upgrade and see that forum, potential scammer or not. The members in this group are going to be handpicked by me, I will do my best to make sure only HQ members get accepted.

Think about it. A bunch of HQ members with their own group for selling and buying social mediums/real life items/gamertags/ANYTHING ELSE (as long as it's not against the site rules, obviously.) In this group you can sell anything you'd like and keep it away from the prying eyes of most turboers/scammers (as we know there are a few exceptions like terror squad and others that change up on us, can't really do anything about that, now can I?)


This group will have a $8 dollar or 8k koin fee to join (That's less than half the price of an upgrade to Onyx/Power) but you cannot just buy in to this group. Your application has to be accepted first, and once you're approved to join you would then send the payment to my PP/btc address or donate the koins. If you think this is ridiculous/dumb/LQ/then just leave the thread now. Unlike some other groups that have buy-ins; Merchant's is not pointless and owned by someone who is running a group for profit only. I don't really need to explain my reasoning to you on why I'm requiring a membership fee, so if you're going to complain then you definitely don't belong anyways.

Not here to talk crap, but I don't think this group is a good idea. If someone wants to sell something, but no one in the group wants to buy it .. ? Also, what if someone in the group turbo's a gamertag .. ? Then on top you have to pay to get in. Good luck, Teen.

Goals and aspirations online/real life: My goals are to go to college in 1 year and be success full in life. I would also like to be successful in selling my stuff and helping out everyone.
What you like to do in your free time: I go on FK alot skype with my friends hang with my gf and play basketball sometimes.

Whats the point of a private marketplace xd. it will have less exposure meaning half the shit wont sell as fast as it could. :3 just a little advice from a business standpoint.

It's an exclusive market for the more high quality members of FK. Like the regular marketplace, no one has to be interested in what you're selling. But if you put a bunch of high quality members who like to buy/sell stuff in a group together you're most likely going to find high end stuff that they might not post anywhere else/find people who won't waste your time/find people who actually have money to spend. Spend money to make money.

IMO better than paying 10 dollars to get into gods which has little to no purpose whatsoever.

A private marketplace is designed to be exclusive to those who are trusted.

If a person can't sell something in the Merchant's marketplace, then that's not the group's fault, likewise if somebody is a known turbo'er, and I doubt they'd even get into the group to begin with.

Don't get me wrong, I like the idea and the group itself, but, how will this help me sell something faster then it would to list it in the public market?
Sure, it may be a marketplace that is safer but I don't see how this could help. Care to elaborate?

3) I would like to become a member of the Merchants because I have things to sell that I would not like to release to the public. I would love to learn how people make money and possibly buy things of. I want to join this exclusive group generally because I had no money a week ago, and since then I have bought and sold things for a good profit. I believe I could learn a lot from this group.
4) I have had many goals and aspirations online and in real life. Some of them include:

• Making a grand total of $1,000 online
• Getting a good job in real life
• Good grades in school
• Active and known/trusted member of the community

These are just of the few goals that I have had in my mind recently, and with this group I feel as if I can achieve them much quicker and easier.

5) In my free time, I love playing Soccer. I play for a team and I am a Goalkeeper. I recently broke my ankle, so I am out for a while. I love gaming and computing in general. I also have a passion for tumblr and reflagging. I love going out with the few friends I have and basically having a good time.

I never said it would help you faster. It's SAFER, it's quality over speed. Also it's obviously not strictly a marketplace, I'll have lounge threads etc. That's just the main goal. A safe, exclusive marketplace.

I don't really see how the current groups with buy in's serve any purpose but yet people buy in, right?

Lounge and everything I already had an idea of. I guess personal preference ride me when it comes to quality and speed. Point taken and good luck with the group.

Why you would be interested in becoming a member: I look around a lot and see lot's of new members trying to sell or buy things, but if you try help them they will just get annoyed or not even consider what you say. I would also like to become a member because i am a big buyer on ForumKorner and like to buy quality items.
Goals and aspirations online/real life: My goal on here is to try and get good quality social mediums and get a good gamertag. In real life i'm 21 got a girlfriend, my own house etc and i would like to start a family in a few years.
What you like to do in your free time: My free time consists of this site and going out with my girlfirend/friends this is what i enjoy the most.

Talk bad about people charging to join and you do it.
