Basically Meek called out Drake by saying Drake had someone write his verse on R.I.C.O. This is also called Ghostwriting.

Anyways, the alleged Ghostwriter came out and said he did not write Drake's verse, and that lead to Drake's diss track called "Charged Up" which was released a few days ago, and now we are waiting for Meek to answer.
