Its not REALLY bad...
I've used it before and its better than a lot...
On my list of antiviruses its...
Kaspersky > ESET (NOD32) > BitDefender > McAfee > Pretty much the rest !

I have made viruses and they get past McAfee without being encrypted

I never liked Kaspersky. It was always being a bitch for me. One of my favorites is NOD32.

Kaspersky is difficult to use but it has a great decrypting engine and stuff that it uses to detect viruses...
It also usually gets the advanced viruses pretty quickly...

Lolz, McAfee is a bit slow on the detection part, but its really user friendly !

So bad that Mcafee is one of the worst anti virus programs out there :s Did use it before and it did just let 95% of all viruses bypass and it take some safe programs as Spy ware...

Yah it isn't that bad actually.
Their detection team is just kinda lazy and it takes longer for them to get newer viruses detected.
But other than that its not that bad !

Some AV's get like 92% -.-.
