Your membership is frozen, yet on the website it says it will continue to decrease, but yeah, I e-mailed them, it freezes.

Not smart at all. Also I wouldn't doubt it if Jagex has cameras in RS to watch and collect names easily, like they do in DT quest for the bosses when you look in the mirror.
