Yeah but it wasn't an appraisal it was an actual offer to buy it.

I had it up for sale about 6 months ago on there and had one guy offer $40 and another $45 but I decided to hang onto it.

I'm really not desperate to sell it right now but I just thought I'd throw it out there and see if anyone was interested. If not then I'll be more than happy to hang onto it.
