Never, it has copyright you know plus I made this when I was a n00b at XHTML & CSS; Designs by me are great now. I will update this with a new one with PHP scipts that detects the I.P.

Any piece of work has a copyright. MyBB has a copyright for everything, yet they release it for free and let people edit it freely. You are not violating copyright laws by editing MyBB software for your own use. However, you are violating copyright laws by selling an edited version of MyBB.
