MacBook help please

So I opened m MacBook Pro, it wouldn't turn the wifi on (kept turning it wifi off by its self) so I decided to restart it, but now it won't even turn on??? It gets to the try loading screen, bar gets about half away and then shuts off? Please help if you know about this.

I've had this happen one time, I waited a day and then it just worked again.

Now it just freeze at about %30 and stays there.
