Just curious if anyone has had any experiences with Lucid Dreaming.

Yes I have, not in a while though.

I remember when i was younger and had a scary dream, i could tell myself that it was only a dream and wake myself up. Will power!

I've had plenty, when I'm falling asleep I always feel myself falling asleep and when that happens I tell myself its a dream to control it, it's super fun actually.

I never get dreams anymore, i heard the older you get the less dreams u have, or the less scared at night the less dreams i read on a forums
