This will be a random number drawing, 10 spots will be available to users who meet the listed requirements, post here to claim a number.

Requirements: Have over 30 Posts, No open/unresolved scam reports, less than 20 negative reputation. Last but not least, you must have a warning level lower than 40%. Meeting these will allow you to claim a spot.
