Call up Microsoft support, tell them your account got hacked, and the hackers changed your email alias and you can't recover it manually. They should ask you for some stuff, MAKE SURE they ask for consoles and if they do; tell them yours that you have attached to it. Just be precise with the info and you should have a good chance of getting it back.

I have it on 2 consoles, one being a Jtag. Should I tell them that I only have it consoled on one?
