What is obby maul pking? I am not fluent in the pking terms...

I know what an obby maul is, but like, how do you do it? What mage level do you need if any? Prayer? Strength? I suck at PKing in the first place.

if you suck and are new to pking, i'd stick to f2p, because p2p can be much more complicated
