Multi meaning you got banned for breaking a rule, and you made a new account which is against the TOS of forum korner.

The only way someone would take PayPal from you is if you bought a gift card of some sort from gyft.com or you got it exchanged to BTC.

No.
I didn't come on the forum just to post that either, I was already here.
Multi is breaking the rules and usually means you have something to hide.
You can still chargeback Family & Friends.
