ok so i am looking to a create a skiller with someone in rs.

you will have to be trusted
you will have to pay for membership first then every once in a while.

I will put money on the account and mem everyso often too.

i was going to create one with wubstep but so far he hasn't been very reliable.

I'd suggest whatever money you're looking to put on the account; put towards a mempin. They're about 10m now, maybe less.

Instead of asking someone to share an account you control, and them pay membership.

Why not just create your own skiller for yourself? Spend some of the gold on a membership pin and get going. One of you either you or your partner are going to get used.
