Don't hit me with "Owner won't sell". Just help inform me of the owner. If the tag is banned then I'm not interested but be sure to tell me. 
 
Developer was on sale on HF last month.

I think DUBSTEP is the OG owner. Doesn't look really active though. :/
 
I know Dubstep and he won't sell at all, pretty much all the rest are posted.
 
Developer was being sold on HF recently, like within the last month. And dubstep will not sell his account, but good luck anyways.

The guy with Developer on HF is banned. So I don't know what to do
 
The owner of Developer is extremely shady, if he's even legit at all. I'm assuming it is banned or something. He refused to show proof to multiple people. (Message them on xbox).

yeah the gamertag 'flappy bird' tried to scam me for it. he said if you want proof look at my friends list because he is friends with the account. lolololol
