Looking for gaming youtube partner

I have a HD PVR and am looking to start a gaming channel for xbox360 that has to do with legit gaming tutorials, modding, and jtags. I am hoping to get it partnered or make money with adsense. We will split profits 50/50 depending on what you are giving to the channel.

Requirements; one or more below.

- HD PVR

- JTAG/RGH

- Original youtube name

- Editing experience

Don't use adsense, it will only delay how long it takes you to get partnership and when you get partnered it goes away anyways.
