i agree onsite messaging is better but I can't because I just created this account. I don't scam and have bought tags in the past. Payment method I would prefer: PayPal. I don't charge back. Middle man can be used. And I'm open to anything right now just seeing what's availible

I would HIGHLY recommend getting BTC (bitcoin) which is an online cryptocurrency. More commonly used these days.
Just post around a bit until you get 10 posts and that's when you are able to PM.
