Two ways-

1. Buy the item, let them leave it on your doorstep, go on live chat, say it never came, they'll say do you want refund or replacement, ask for refund, get money back.
2. Buy item, sign/have the driver give it to you, go on live chat, say the box was empty, they'll say refund or replacement, ask for refund, get money back.
