Looking for a user to co-own a group

I am currently looking for a qualified user to help me co-own a group. I will be paying for the bulk, while you pay the transfer fee. This will be a permanent spot, and if I ever sell it, you'll make half of what I sell the group for. Post below and I'll tell you if you qualify or not.
